at this postal location, and be assured that their complaints will at least be dealt with, rather than just sharing them here and then what? With all due respect, I think this is an exercise in futility. Shouldn't people be referred to a site where they can make complaints about the incompetent, lazy sons-of. So my question is: what's the point of people airing their frustrations/complaints here if there is going to be no resolution? I don't know about others but if I make a complaint, I expect it to be addressed and dealt with by the appropriate authorities. But then I see that you are neither a part of, nor are you affiliated with the official USPS. So when I saw this forum, I thought I could lodge a complaint. Several times I have been lied to or about by those pigs at the Brownsville Station. I'm extremely frustrated with there service. I called the Company I had ordered the item from and it was replaced I asked that they not send it thru USPS. While I was there the police had been called for a situation similar to mine, that was the first time that I saw city police on Federal property this place is a breeding ground for violence to happen because the frustration people have to go through to get what they paid for. Brownsvilleextends from Ralph Avenue to Junius Street, between Liberty and Hegeman Avenues. last time I had to deal with them this same foolery went on I stood on line for about a hour just to get to the window for them to tell me they don't know were my package was, when I request to have the slip back all of the sudden the slip had know disappeared as well needless to say the package was never found. why must they lie and say they attempted to deliver a package knowing damn well they never set foot in the building. This post office on Bristol street in Brownsville Brooklyn needs to be shut down I would rather take public transportation to another facility to get my package.
